Enrollment & Performance Information

Do I have to enroll for the full year?

​​

Yes. Students must be enrolled in the program for the full school year in order to participate in the final performance.

​​

When is the performance?

​

The end-of-year performance will be held on May 1, 2026, at Opportunity Village. Both classes will perform, and every student will be assigned a role in the show. Show information will be released soon.

​

Is there a costume fee included?

​​

Yes. Your registration cost includes a $30 costume fee which covers essential costume pieces for the performance.

​​

Are refunds available?

​​​

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

​

Payment Policies

​​​

How will I make my 2nd or 3rd payment (if I chose payment plan) to Paper Moon, and when?

​​​

You will receive invoices for your second and third payments automatically (December for 2 payments, December and March for 3. If second or third invoice(s) are issued and you will have three (3) days to submit payment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your contract and removal of the student from the program.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Procedures

​​​​

How do students get to the after-school class location?

​​​

At regular school dismissal times, students will be met at the checkerboard area by a Paper Moon Playhouse instructor. Communication will be coordinated with classroom teachers to ensure each student knows where to go on their assigned program days.

Where do I pick up my child after this class?

​​​​

Pick-up is at 4:15 PM at the back gate. A parent or authorized adult must check out the student directly with the instructor.

​​​

What if someone else is picking up my child?

​​

All authorized pick-up persons must present a valid ID. Please ensure they are listed on your authorized pick-up list.​​

​

What happens if I'm late for pick-up?

​​​

A late pick-up fee will be added to your invoice for any pick-up occurring more than 10 minutes after class ends. This fee is charged per incident.

​

Communication

How do I contact the instructor or program director?

​​

All families are asked to sign up for the Remind App. This downloadable app is the fastest and easiest way for real-time communication between parents and Paper Moon Instructors/Directors.

​

Please download the app and sign up for the appropriate class upon your submitted registration. Approval will be given once registration is confirmed. 

​

T-Shirts & Merchandise

Will there be program or show shirts available?

​​

Yes. Paper moon t-shirts and/or show-themed shirts will be available for purchase later in the season. More details and order forms will be sent home in advance.
